Under normal conditions,  packages sent through the postal services  or by special courier are delivered to the Superdorm in the same manner as mail. However, if the value declared for customs purposes exceeds €100,- or if after customs inspection the goods contained are found to be of a higher value than €100,-  you  will have to make a trip to the customs post office/the courier’s office (quite a distance from the Superdorm)and claim your package. You may also have to pay a small customs fee.
