Two full-time technicians are on duty 08:30 a.m.-05:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday and one technician, on Saturday and Sundays, to help with changing bulbs, opening clogged showers and the like. They are the ones who will let you into your room if and when you lose your keys. To request help for repair you must complete the form at the reception desk.
Lost Keys
There is a fee for lost keys. If you lose your keys during normal office hours you will be given a new set of keys by the technicians, following payment. Outside office hours, one of the reception staff will let you in, for you to make the payment and claim new keys when the technicians are in office. Please refer to the Repair/Replacement Price List.
