| Fifty percent (50 %) of the semester fee is refunded to those students who wish to cancel their room assignment latest by the end of the seventh work day following check-in. Cancellation after the specified period of time is not entitled to any refunding except for documented extenuating circumstances that have been approved by a review committee. |
